Prodigy’s second single: warrior’s dance
With a haunting tune prodigy are back serving quality next-wave electro pop and a freakish animated video set on fire directed by Corin Hardy and produced by production company academy. In late years Prodigy seem to have lost their touch with their aging and maturing audience, if it still exists, and their last commercial attempt sounds doomed to aim the 16-24 demographic. I found their previous work much more mature, infusing elements of punk and sounding more attuned with the electronic evolution in musical production and less furious, raging, revolutionary without cause.
